Regardless of the situation or problem, it seems that the present day foster care system does not provide the services and time necessary to properly readjust these families to independent living that can maintain their unification. There are far too many repetitious entries into foster care for children whose parents were not properly prepared to be reunified. Therefore, I have a created a program that benefits both the parent and the child to have a better chance at maintaining far after exiting the program with the proper skills and adjustment.
