We are reinventing the urban parking process by building a marketplace and the worlds most collaborative smart-phone parking application. Every day, 400,000 motorists look for parking in DC, of which 260,000 spaces are non-metered and 18,000 metered. These spots rotate 3-4 times daily. Washington, DC, is growing rapidly, and the current infrastructure does not support the 1,100 residents added each month. ParkEZ is a smart-phone parking application that helps commuters, residents, restaurant goers, shoppers and students locate parking at metered or non-metered spots in advance of real-time. Real time parking information, cashless payments, comers, and goers are managed through our user friendly custom iphone software to manage the parking distribution process. We're building backend tools to optimize our operations, and leverage the data collected. We're democratizing the planning process by crowd-sourcing all of our parking availability data. ParkEZ is the way of urban living
