National Participant Network (NPN)

The NPN streamlines the connections between people with disabilities and those who design long term services and supports, particularly those that are home and community based. Both groups benefit from informed, targeted conversations leading to -improved personalized care -decreased direct health care costs -decreased administrative costs -increased contributions to communities We help those with disabilities strengthen their communication skills and knowledge of healthcare systems, direct them towards decision makers who will listen, and support their efforts through a country-wide group that brainstorms solutions. We help those who create and administer systems find the elusive but substantive perspective from participants who can identify inefficiencies and collaborate on improvements.
