We are designing the LumiKnow mobile app to deliver reliable credit information to microfinance lenders. The app captures the borrower's biometric using a smartphone's built in camera, analyzes the image, and uses the biometric to drive a database search that guarantees that the borrower is who they say they are. The information delivered by the LumiKnow app will allow microfinance lenders to create better risk weighted portfolios and will bring down the cost of their character risk due diligence. The app will allow borrowers to build credit, and will serve as a bulwark against overindebtedness. Another feature of our app will be a microinsurance sales platform. We are creating the Luminos Credit Score, which we will use to create and display appropriate microinsurance quotes.
