About
We enable humans, ordinary and extraordinary, to unravel the inscrutable government maze. We aggregate, analyze, organize, format, contextualize, and curate 100,000 Federal and State government terms. They include acronyms, initialisms, codes, abbreviations, cryptonyms, and other terms that defy classification. We teach our users how to say them and give them aka's, dba's. We can tell them things about government that no one else can. No one else is doing what we do. Asking colleagues and acquaintances is useless, and Google takes too long. Our users are purpose driven and frustrated, looking for answers that often affect their lives, livelihoods, and well being. James Madison once said, "A popular government without popular information is but a prologue to a farce or a tragedy; or, perhaps both." Govlish is dedicated to preventing the farce and tragedy that Madison so feared. Our market universe: 2M Federal workers 19M State workers 600k Federal contractors Much more
