EduPal stems from the need to establish a universal all-in-one education tool for students and parents. With EduPal, we expect to aid in some of the most pressing issues in student education such as time management, access to financial aid, and transparency. EduPal is set to launch on August 11th, 2014 at 12:01am and will be available as a web application. The primary function of our application (at launch date) is to virtualize the course syllabus and integrate the content with existing calendar applications. The content that will be synced includes office hours, class times, homework due dates, assessment dates, project due dates, and events. A student using EduPal will be able to see their entire academic life on their Google, Apple, or Microsoft Calendar. Students can track one course free and upgrade to track more classes. Our low cost and simple solution will serve as the ultimate study and time management tool for more than 50 million students in the U.S.
