Finding right talent has been always a significant problem for businesses of any size. HR departments receive myriad of resumes in a single day for a particular role. HR professionals have no idea about the technical skills of applicants except information written on the resume. HR does passive screening, and sends resumes to hiring managers. This system is broken.There has to be a pre-evaluation step where the knowledge level of each candidate is measured. We are solving the problem of making bad hiring decisions. All business in all over the World, have this problem. A single bad hire costs 23K-50K$. This is a bigger issue for small and medium size businesses who can not afford losing money and time on wrong hires. We have created an affordable, cloud based service to assess the technical knowledge of potential candidates.
