Disruptive innovation process We've learned that food trucks create value for mid size offices without cafeterias by providing it's employees with hot lunch options without having to travel far. Value creation is maximized if we're able to cluster food trucks together. We're a team of 30+ veterans and 3 management consultants, and 1 lawyer looking to coordinate operations within the washington d.c area where regulation is friendly. We have the people, and we're looking to complete a proof of concept.
